What You'll Do.
Perform interviews with individuals and/or families
Assess mental status and dangerousness
Gather psychosocial history
Assign accurate diagnoses
Assess psychiatric crises
Provide crisis intervention
Maintain necessary medical records
Refer individuals and families to outside agencies
Provide crisis assessments
Provide stabilization
Provide service coordination
De-escalate crisis situations
Provide coverage for Emergency Services
Provide on-call coverage
Attend educational trainings
Maintain positive working relationships
Participate in quality improvement activities
Comply with agency policies
Provide clinical consultation
Drive and travel to community locations
