Facilitate therapeutic activity groups

Assist clients in acquiring skills

Maintain a recovery-oriented environment

Provide general support and assistance

Partner with the multi-disciplinary team

Support clients in programming

Participate in therapeutic meals

Provide support during structured outings

Engage residents as needed

Challenge residents as needed

Enforce appropriate policies
