Full Job Description

That’s why our teams are comprised of compassionate, dedicated professionals from a variety of backgrounds who collaborate to provide the very best evidence-based care for our clients at all levels of care. Position Overview Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT’s) monitor and assist adult clients in the residential milieu, lead activities designed to help the residents adjust to living in a community setting and assist the residents in gaining the skills needed to manage their eating disorder. BHT’s play an integral role in the day-to-day function of the clients’ experience. Schedule Part Time 0.4 FTE (16 hours per week) Day/Afternoon Shifts Day Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm Evening Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm Every other weekend required (Saturday & Sunday) Schedule is made a month at a time with a combination of both day & evening shifts Compensation Disclosure Starting hourly range between $18.00 - $21.00 Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position How BHT’s Empower Recovery Partners with the multi-disciplinary team on care plan and treatment, assisting in admissions, supporting or assisting clients in programming Participates in therapeutic meals and snacks and provides support during structured outings and recreation Available to engage, challenge, and support residents as needed. Reports observations and documents in charts Monitors and supports bathroom use per client treatment direction. Monitors and documents exercise.
