What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have
Experience in Drug and Alcohol/Mental Health, Experience facilitating process groups and family sessions
What You'll Do.
Assist with the intake process for new clients into the program.
Communicate with staff verbally or via written communication responsible for detailed client logs.
Listen to clients regarding all areas of treatment and maintain a safe
and therapeutic environment
including crisis intervention.
Coordinate activities such as lectures
Conduct mandatory bed checks as required and complete bed-check sheets for shift reporting.
and company meetings.
Ensure the client schedule is followed daily.
Assist with client interventions.
Follow treatment plan objectives.
Monitor the medication line.
Transport clients to meetings and recreational activities.
Conduct searches of clients upon their return to the facility.
Monitor treatment for necessary hygiene and medical needs.
Uphold therapeutic boundaries and adhere to the staff code of ethics.
Evaluate the behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provide input.
Distribute client snacks as needed.
Train new staff on the unit
Help maintain the facility.
Assist clients in obtaining sponsors.
Perform other duties as assigned.
