Eligibility Requirements

Regularly required to lift 20 lbs, Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs, Must be able to pull a minimum of 20 lbs, Must be able to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop, Must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, Required to regularly stand and walk, Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in CPR from the floor level, Complete criminal background check, Name checked in registries, Drug testing, Education verification, Credentialing, Proof of employment history or references, Proof of driver's license, Proof of driver's insurance, Proof of vehicle

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High school diploma or GED, At least 18 years of age, Valid driver's license, Auto insurance, Reliable transportation

Nice to Have

Experience in behavioral health, Experience in inpatient psychiatric care, Experience in crisis units, Experience in emergency departments, Experience in residential treatment programs

What You'll Do.

Provide direct patient care

Follow the plan of care

Assist individuals with activities of daily living

Monitor and document behavior

Support individuals experiencing crisis

Respond to emergencies

Maintain a structured environment

Encourage patient participation

Support individuals during transitions

Identify triggers and warning signs

Report concerns to staff

Utilize least-restrictive intervention strategies

Implement special precaution protocols

Demonstrate techniques for managing behavior

Accurately document observations

Communicate with interdisciplinary team

Participate in treatment team meetings

Participate in shift reports

Participate in clinical hand-offs

Participate in quality improvement activities

Adhere to organizational policies

Demonstrate infection control practices

Contribute to a clean environment

Maintain professional boundaries

Model respectful interactions

Support new team members

Perform other duties as assigned
