What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, Completed 40-hour training covering RBT Task List, Certification as BCaBA, RBT, or BCAT, Behavior health certification or behavior analysis certification, Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health services, Previous paid, full-time work experience with children, youth, and young adults, Valid driver's license

What You'll Do.
Provide therapeutic behavioral interventions
Adhere to client schedule
Deliver appropriate authorized units of service
Work collaboratively with treatment team
Report treatment effectiveness and difficulties
Document treatment data/results on progress notes
Complete assessment and assistance
Record session cancellations/changes
Complete miscellaneous paperwork
Utilize safe crisis management techniques
Perform job responsibilities safely
Adhere to safety practices and standards
Adhere to Exposure Control Plan
Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Maintain student confidentiality
Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
Ensure stakeholder satisfaction
Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders
Build new relationships with stakeholders
Direct communication with management and executives
Establish and maintain communication with directors
Perform other related duties as assigned
