What You'll Do.

Provide therapeutic behavioral interventions

The Behavioral Health Technician should be caring and compassionate advocates to support individuals with Behavioral health needs in a home / community / school setting. With the ability to work as part of a team in implementing creative interventions outlined in the individual client’s treatment plan, to encourage individual growth to assist in increasing social skills, independent living skills and coping skill to improve overall positive relationships and behaviors across all settings. **_Pay: $18.00_** ** _Shift: 7am-7pm_** _**Required Education/Experience:**_ **Education** * Have a high school diploma or the equivalent of a high school diploma and have completed a 40-hour training covering the RBT Task List as evidenced by a certification that includes the name of the responsible trainer, who is certified as a BCBA or BCaBA OR * Certification as a Board-Certified Associate Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or Board-Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) OR * Behavior health certification or behavior analysis certification OR Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the provision of behavioral health services. **Experience** - * Previous work experience must be on a paid, full-time basis working with children, youth and young adults **Required Licenses/Certifications** * Valid driver’s license **Job Responsibilities** * Provide therapeutic behavioral interventions to clients in accordance with treatment plan in the client’s home, the community, and/or school setting. * Adhere to client schedule and deliver appropriate authorized units of service prescribed as directed by superv
