The Behavioral Health Program Manager provides day-to-day operational leadership and program support for behavioral health services. This role is primarily responsible for supporting program structure, workflow, staffing coordination, service delivery expectations, productivity, documentation compliance, and overall program functioning. The Program Manager works closely with Directors, Team Leaders, Qualified Professionals, Licensed Clinical Professionals, and other staff to ensure services are delivered effectively, timely, and in alignment with agency standards, payer requirements, and quality expectations. While the position may provide clinical direct care or assist with high-risk clinical situations as needed, the primary focus is operational oversight, problem-solving, team support, and ensuring programs are running efficiently. **Behavioral Health Program Manager** Serve as the primary team leader supporting individuals with Mental Health or Substance Abuse Issues in outpatient and community settings. Coordinates and monitors the array of services and supports identified in each person’s Person Centered Plan.
