This role is essential to helping the practice maintain smooth day-to-day operations, improve patient responsiveness, and reduce administrative overload for the internal team. The practice currently supports a high volume of patients across multiple providers, and the client is looking for someone who can provide dependable administrative and patient coordination support while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and operational consistency. As the **Behavioral Health Patient Coordinator** , you will primarily focus on **phone call management, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, prior authorizations, and patient coordination workflows**.
