Must Have
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - State Board of Nursing
Nice to Have
Associates: Nursing, Experience working with adults with mental illness, Psychiatric Nursing Experience
What You'll Do.
Provide direct and indirect services
Schedule individuals for crisis and assessment services
Triage individuals with emergent medical/psychiatric problems
Perform clinical intakes with individuals
Coordinate with screening/referral
Complete documentation for medical record
Schedule individuals for Injection Clinic
Administer injections of psychotropic medication
Educate and support individuals about medication
Engage with drug company representatives
Mail correspondence to individuals
Attend and participate in meetings
Maintain certification in agency
Comply with agency policies and procedures
Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures
Assist in crisis situations
Complete other relevant responsibilities
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with screening/referral and individuals; Coordinating with STR, psychiatrists/nurse practitioners, providers, and crisis services staff; Deal effectively with staff, providers, and the public
