What You'll Do.
Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
Answer and use behavioral health screening
Assess crisis situations over the phone
Verify consumer information
Interpret behavioral health insurance coverage
Complete billable behavioral health screenings
Schedule initial appointments
Communicate with hospital social workers
Refer individuals to community providers
Coordinate appointment scheduling
Document all work in the electronic medical record
