Industry & Context.
No DUI/DWI or reckless driving convictions in the last five years, No more than two at-fault accidents in the last three years, Must maintain a valid AZ driver license, Must be insurable by the NATIVE HEALTH liability auto policy, Submit to random testing during employment, Provide an update annually (TB skin report), Maintain valid updated training (CPR and First Aid)
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master’s degree in social work or counseling, Active and unrestricted AZBBHE licensure, Three years of specialized experience in mental health and/or substance abuse, Possess valid current and unrestricted Arizona driver’s license, Present a Class Fingerprint Clearance Card, Pass alcohol/substance abuse testing, Updated Immunization (IZ) Record, Current (within 12 months) Tuberculosis (TB) skin report, Obtain a CPR and First Aid Card within ninety (90) calendar days
Nice to Have
Experience working with underserved populations, Two years of prior supervisory experience, Behavioral Health Board clinical supervisor training, Bilingual in Spanish
What You'll Do.
Provide direction and oversight
Coordinate services with other agency staff
Promote the healthcare home mission
Provide comprehensive behavioral health care
Provide outpatient assessment
Provide diagnostic services
Provide referrals for crisis intervention
Provide referrals for other referral services
Maintain balance of clinical services and administrative activities
Provide accurate and timely documentation
Provide billing support
Provide program audit support
Participate in case staffing meetings
Participate in peer review sessions
Collaborate with the care team
Collaborate with internal health care providers
Collaborate with external health care providers
Participate in networking activities
Support the organization as needed
