Available Monday – Friday from 7:45am – 4:30pm, Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and sit on the floor for extended periods, Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, Ability to move quickly in response to patient needs
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in any field, Psychology degree helpful, Experience as an RBT, Experience and a passion for working with children, Prior experience in Childcare Provider, Prior experience in Nanny, Prior experience in Daycare Teacher, Prior experience in Teachers Assistant, Prior experience in SpEd Teacher, Prior experience in Special Education, Prior experience in Summer Camp Counselor, Prior experience in Swim Teacher, Prior experience in Coach, Prior experience in Mental Health Technician, Prior experience in Pediatric Therapist, Prior experience in Pediatric Nurse, Prior experience in ABA Therapist, Prior experience in Behavior Therapist, Degree in Psychology
What You'll Do.
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Collect and record data on an iPad
Build rapport with patients and caregivers
therapeutic relationship
Collaborate with the BCBA and team members
Review and update behavior intervention plans
Ensure interventions are applied consistently
Maintain confidentiality with all PHI
Contribute as a positive team member
Support creation and maintenance of clinic culture
