Full Job Description

Have you started or are planning to pursue your BCBA?  Then you’ll want to consider joining MeBe as a Behavior Technician and enroll in MeBe’s Candidate Program! MeBe Family is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. Our mission is to empower families, professionals, and communities by educating and training them on evidence-based approaches. Our secret sauce? Play-filled, research-based care across multi-disciplines including OT, Speech and ABA. MeBe’s Candidate Program is one of the few supervised fieldwork training programs for aspiring BCBAs with unlimited, free supervised field work hours in addition to a curriculum of training and fun to prepare individuals to pass and become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Our program provides hands-on training that goes beyond preparing learners to sit for the exam. We provide a community for students to connect, support each other, and work closely with experienced BCBAs. Leadership skills, cultural competency and a broader understanding of the industry are key to successfully navigating a career as a BCBA and we have integrated this into our training!
