What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent, Must pass initial CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including passing a comprehensive written exam and field evaluation
Nice to Have
Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
What You'll Do.
Provide direct treatment to patients
Collect and record data on patient progress
Review and implement Clinical Supervisor feedback
Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients
Provide a safe and supportive environment
Maintain accurate and timely records
Maintain compliance with HIPAA requirements
Represent CARD professionally and ethically
