Industry & Context.
Consistent availability from Monday through Friday, Must be at least 18-years-old, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, Ability to frequently bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), squat, sit, stand, and/or run, (without reasonable accommodations), see with prescription lenses, and hear with hearing aids, Ability to pass a background check, If residing in San Diego, AZ, or VA, must obtain CPRLS certification before working with clients
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Must be at least 18-years-old, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, Ability to work with computers, high school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
RBT/ CBT certification, background in child teaching, counseling, babysitting, First Aid Certified and CPR, CPRLS certification before working with clients (if residing in San Diego, AZ, or VA), bachelor’s degree in areas like Pediatrics or Human Development (Biology)
What You'll Do.
teach and nurture behavioral
and daily living skills in a 1: 1 setting to kiddos with autism in their home or at MeBe’s Learning Center clinic
follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs that help increase the kiddo's communication
social and play skills
relay info on your kiddos’ progress to BCBAs to keep them informed and assist with BCBA assessments
accurately record the kiddo’s behavior analysis and progress in our data collection system Central Reach using your work assigned tablet
submitting your session notes and clocking out to align with strict ABA and Insurance provider regulations
help keep our workplace shipshape
help our kiddos with lunch breaks
bathroom breaks and diaper changing
help with projects and tasks as directed by your Site Director and Clinical Supervisors
issues and concerns to your supervisors as appropriate and take co-ownership of treatment planning
help to build positive relationships with families while maintaining professional boundaries
positively contribute to the MeBe Family culture

Full Job Description
MeBe is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. Our mission is to empower families, professionals, and communities by educating and training them on evidence-based approaches. Our secret sauce? Play-filled, research-based care across multi-disciplines including OT, Speech and ABA. At MeBe, you’ll be offered more than a job. To help you prepare for the role, MeBe offers one of the top ABA training programs using the Vincent Carbone method. We will invest in two weeks of paid training to prepare you to pass your RBT exam. MeBe Family will also pair you with Supervisors to shadow, ask questions and guide you.
