Industry & Context.
Must obtain RBT/CBT certification within 60 days of employment, If residing in San Diego, AZ, or VA, must obtain CPRLS certification before working with clients
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 18-years-old, Valid driver's license, Reliable transportation, Ability to frequently bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), squat, sit, stand, and/or run (without reasonable accommodations), Ability to pass a background check, Ability to work with computers, High school diploma or equivalent, Consistent availability from Monday through Friday
Nice to Have
RBT/CBT certification, Bachelor's degree
What You'll Do.
Teach and nurture behavioral
and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting to children with autism in their home or at MeBe’s Learning Center
Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
Relay information on client progress to BCBAs
Accurately record client progress in the data collection system Central Reach using a work-assigned tablet
and clock out to align with ABA and Insurance provider regulations
Help keep the workplace safe and organized
Help clients with lunch breaks
and concerns to supervisors
Build positive relationships with families while maintaining professional boundaries
Positively contribute to the MeBe Family culture

Full Job Description
MeBe Family is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. Our mission is to empower families, professionals, and communities by educating and training them on evidence-based approaches. Our secret sauce? Play-filled, research-based care across multi-disciplines including OT, Speech and ABA. At MeBe Family, you’ll be offered more than a job. To help you prepare for the role, MeBe Family offers one of the top ABA training programs using the Vincent Carbone method. We will invest in two weeks of paid training to prepare you to pass your RBT exam. MeBe Family will also pair you with Supervisors to shadow, ask questions and guide you.
