Ability to frequently bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), squat, sit, stand, and/or run (without reasonable accommodations), If residing in San Diego, AZ, or VA, must obtain CPRLS certification before working with clients
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Must be at least 18-years-old, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, Ability to frequently bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), squat, sit, stand, and/or run (without reasonable accommodations), Ability to pass a background check, Ability to work with computers, Must obtain CPRLS certification before working with clients (If residing in San Diego, AZ, or VA), high school diploma or equivalent- required
Nice to Have
RBT/ CBT certification preferred, bachelor’s degree is preferred
What You'll Do.
teach and nurture behavioral
and daily living skills in a 1: 1 setting to kiddos with autism in their home or at MeBe’s Learning Center
follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs that help increase the kiddo's communication
social and play skills
relay info on your kiddos’ progress to BCBAs to keep them informed and assist with BCBA assessments
accurately record the kiddo’s progress in our data collection system Central Reach using your work assigned tablet
responsible for clocking in
submitting your session notes and clocking out to align with strict ABA and Insurance provider regulations
help keep our workplace shipshape
help our kiddos with lunch breaks
bathroom breaks and diaper changing
issues and concerns to your supervisors as appropriate
help to build positive relationships with families while maintaining professional boundaries
positively contribute to the MeBe Family culture
