RBT/ CBT certification, background in child teaching, counseling, babysitting, First Aid Certified, CPR, CPRLS certification before working with clients (if residing in CA, AZ, or VA), bachelor’s degree in areas like Pediatrics or Human Development (Biology)

What You'll Do.

Teach and nurture behavioral

and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting to children with autism

Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs

Relay information on client progress to BCBAs

Assist with BCBA assessments

Accurately record client behavior analysis and progress in the data collection system

Maintain a safe and organized workplace

Assist children with lunch breaks

Assist with projects and tasks as directed by Site Director and Clinical Supervisors

and concerns to supervisors

Take co-ownership of treatment planning

Build positive relationships with families

Maintain professional boundaries

Positively contribute to the MeBe Family culture

Full Job Description

MeBe is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. Our mission is to empower families, professionals, and communities by educating and training them on evidence-based approaches. Our secret sauce? Play-filled, research-based care across multi-disciplines including OT, Speech and ABA. To help you prepare for the role, MeBe offers one of the top ABA training programs using the Vincent Carbone method. We will invest in two weeks of paid training to prepare you to pass your RBT exam.  MeBe Family will also pair you with Supervisors to shadow, ask questions and guide you.
