What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 60 College Credits completed, 1 year of experience with developmental disabilities, Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification, Meet minimum availability of 4 days a week for 4 hours a day, Reliable transportation, Comfortable driving to client sessions, Access to a smartphone or similar device with internet services capable of capturing client session data
Nice to Have
Degree in Education, Degree in Special Education, Degree in Psychology, Degree in Sociology, Degree in Human Development, Degree in Early Childhood Education, Related field degree
What You'll Do.
Provide in-home & community-based ABA therapy
Track client progress during sessions
Teach communication skills
Teach everyday life skills
