What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree required, Valid Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential required, Current and active driver's license required
Nice to Have
12 months Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment experience preferred, Driver's license in good standing preferred, Compliance with RCC and CBRF preferred, Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) trainings preferred
What You'll Do.
Support delivery of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Assess the function of behavior
Develop individualized plans
Implement individualized plans
Provide training to patients
Provide education to patients
Provide training to support persons
Provide education to support persons
Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
Monitor progress of behavior interventions
Make modifications to interventions
Design CBT-specific treatment plans
Implement CBT-specific treatment plans
Provide therapeutic services
Participate in supervision sessions
Communicate patient progress
Monitor intervention effectiveness
Administer outcome measures
Review outcome measure results
Document mental health services
Complete documentation within medical record
Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
Assist in development of treatment plan
Communicate treatment interventions
Communicate support needs
Offer training support to team members
Provide parent training
Provide support person training
Teach positive reinforcement techniques
Model appropriate behaviors
Provide strategies for managing situations
Provide for patient safety
Provide for facility safety
Support changes in staffing
