Board Certified Behavior Analyst Cortica is growing and seeking passionate BCBAs to join our team in Scottsdale, Tempe, Glendale, and Mesa! We are a unified team of doctors and therapists, specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders. "We emphasize collaboration and long-term outcomes: Grounded in an assent-based, individualized approach and supported by a team of physicians, speech, occupational, and mental health therapists. Learn about our Whole-Child Model! Position Overview This work is meaningful and complex. Our roles are thoughtfully designed to support sustainable, ethical practice. Clinical & Administrative Support Hybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks Clinical Supervisors for case consultation and guidance Transdisciplinary partners for collaboration across specialties Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics BT Managers for performance and operational support BT Trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing Learning & Advancement Internal CEUs and virtual trainings Clinical Rounds and company-wide All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical meetings Clinical ladder with progression from BCBA I–IV Growth into leadership, training, consultative, and operational roles Benefits Continuing Education Stipend: $2,000 annually PTO: Up to 22 days in your first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months 401(k) Match Health Coverage: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, Pet Insurance Paid Parental Leave Compensation & Productivity Productivity: Between 100 and 115 billable hours per month Base Salary: $95,000 and $105,000 Bonus: $70 to $77 for each additional billable hour + up to 10% of monthly salary based on ABA direct service hours Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in human services or a related field required BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred Cortica is an Equal Opportunity
