Meet or exceed personal sales per hour goals

Thank each customer by name
Handle transactions efficiently
Provide high level of customer service
Build customer clientele base
Record and protect customer information
Maintain floor and stock areas
Unpack new merchandise
Ensure timely set-up for promotional events
Follow procedures for all systems
Maintain professional dress standards
Cooperate with fellow associates
Comply with store policies
Accept additional duties
Assist with all non-sell duties
