Physically demanding role, Climb up and down ladders, Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others., Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc., Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary).

Nice to Have
12+ months previous beauty retail experience preferred, but not required, interest and knowledge of beauty and skincare products
What You'll Do.
Be knowledgeable about the tools
and services available in the total store
and specific to your area
to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience.
Execute daily tasks assigned to you by your leader to help achieve goals that align with business priorities.
Create an inviting shopping environment by executing salesfloor processes for beauty area which include filling the salesfloor with inventory
straightening merchandise
updating salesfloor inventory counts
maintaining testers and making changes to salesfloor merchandise displays.
Execute backroom processes for beauty area which include organizing and storing reserve product.
Stay current on top beauty brands and trends to engage guests with personal recommendations and product sampling
building loyalty and brand affinity.
Support guest services such as back-up cashier
order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties
such as compliance with federal
and local adult beverage laws.
Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct
safety and compliance.
Work in a safe manner at all comply with all safety policies
and report hazards and correct where possible.
Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
When guests need assistance
engage with guests in a welcoming way
to help solve their specific needs.
