Must Have

Minimum 1 year retail experience, Previously demonstrated successful sales experience, exceeding quota, Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team oriented environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision, Ability to learn and utilize online clienteling tools and software proprietary to Neiman Marcus, Focused on attention to detail, taking initiative, and working in a positive working environment, Ability to work well with others, as well as the ability to work independently to drive a successful business, Demonstrate sound business judgment and organizational ability, Demonstrate professional make-up and treatment consultation and application

preferably in a customer focused, cosmetics environment

What You'll Do.

Provide outstanding customer service

Build individual and vendor line sales volumes

Establish and maintain customer relationships

Work effectively with other team members

Establish new Neiman Marcus accounts

Demonstrate adherence to company standards

Focus on in-house training programs

Conduct pre-booked facial consultation events

Maintain a properly merchandised counter

Proficiently close the retail sale

Drive own business using clienteling system

Create own success using clienteling system

Model all Neiman Marcus Principles

Achieve and exceed sales goals

Maintain high level of customer service

Create and develop excellent customer relationships

Act as brand expert and department representative
