ROLE AND MISSION: EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM This is an exciting opportunity for emerging leaders to fast-track their careers in software operations. Beacon’s Executive Leadership Program is a full-time rotational leadership development program launching in 2026. We are recruiting talented MBA students and early-career professionals (3–6 years of experience) to join an inaugural cohort focused on developing the next generation of General Managers for Beacon’s portfolio companies.
