What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Science or a related field or equivalent experience, At least three years of relevant experience in supply chain, operations or quality, Fluent in English, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Communication skills that foster collaboration and set clear expectations, Able to coordinate complex processes and manage multiple priorities, Able to stay calm, focussed and motivated under tight deadlines
Nice to Have
Experience in a GMP environment within pharma or biotech is a plus
What You'll Do.
Coordinating the timely manufacturing and release of patient-specific batches within our end-to-end supply chain
Ensuring smooth collaboration across teams in a sterile GMP environment
Coordinating the on-time release of finished product batches in close collaboration with Manufacturing
and Investigations teams
Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
ensuring clear and timely communication
Providing transparent updates on batch status
Building relationships across internal and external stakeholders
Proactively identifying risks and bottlenecks impacting batch release timelines
Driving discussions to resolve issues and ensure continuity
Escalating critical risks and supporting decision-making at the appropriate level
Supporting detailed production scheduling and contributing to the master production plan
Collaborating with planning teams to align supply with clinical and commercial demand
Driving process improvements and contributing to reporting and scalable planning methodologies
