What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4–6 years of management experience, preferably in Business Development & SaaS, Proven track record of beating BD quota quarter over quarter, Background coaching and developing SDRDR reps across multiple levels, Experience building and scaling playbooks, onboarding programs, and outbound sequences, Hands-on HubSpot experience — configuration, reporting, and team adoption, History of cross-functional collaboration with AE and Marketing teams, Comfortable using AI tools (Claude or equivalent) in day-to-day workflows

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Connective tissue between BDRs, AEs, and Marketing; Partner with Sales leadership and Marketing on go-to-market strategy, campaigns, and messaging; Keeps AEs and BDRs in tight alignment with clean handoffs; Partners with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and lead quality; Advocates for the BDR team's needs to senior leadership
