Delivers products to customers. Responsible for vehicle cleanliness, inside and out. **_Core Competencies_** * Partnerships * Growth mindset * Results oriented * Customer focused * Professionalism ** _Reporting Relations_** Accountable and Reports to: Director, Assistant Director, Operations Management Positions That Report to You: None ** _Primary Duties and Responsibilities_** * Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions and treating customers as the most important people in/out of the store. * Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner. * Makes an effort to learn customers’ names and to address them by name whenever possible. * Works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment. * Loads and unloads delivery vehicle with orders. * Breaking down and unloading truck orders and stocking shelves. * Delivers products to customers and collects payment. * Write and review merchandise orders. * Reports to work when scheduled and on time. * Works Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday shifts (8:00AM-12:00PM) * Maintains strict adherence to department and company guidelines related to personal hygiene and dress. **_Secondary Duties and Responsibilities_** * Facilitates the maintenance and upkeep of delivery vehicles. * Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required. * Assists in training new employees. **_Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics_** * Commitm
