**Location:** Remote Hybrid in Houston, TX. **Employment Type:** Full-Time _____ Autocartel is one of the fastest-growing automotive media companies in the region, helping dealerships sell more cars through high-quality photography, video, and digital merchandising. We work with dealerships across Texas and surrounding states, and we’re expanding our footprint aggressively. ### Role Summary We’re looking for a motivated, consistent **BDC Representative (Outbound)** to help grow our dealer network by setting qualified appointments for our sales team. This role is focused on **high-volume outbound calling, follow-up, and pipeline building**. If you’re organized, comfortable on the phone, and driven by hitting daily targets, this is a great opportunity to get into a fast-growing company with clear upside. ### Core Responsibilities * Make high-volume outbound calls to automotive dealerships * Set qualified appointments for our outside sales team * Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and CRM * Track all activity and conversations accurately in CRM * Work closely with sales leadership to improve messaging and results * Consistently hit daily and weekly activity targets ### Key Attributes & Skills * Experience in outbound calling, BDC, SDR, or inside sales * Automotive dealership or BDC experience is a strong plus * Strong phone presence and ability to handle objections * Organized and consistent with follow-ups * Comfortable working in a structured, metrics-driven environment * Self-motivated with a positive, competitive mindset **Requirements** * Proven background in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and pipeline generation * Dealership front office sales or BDC experience is preferred * Ability to work in a structured, metrics-driven environment * Experience with CRM systems and sales performance metrics * Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation * Ability to work about 75% remotely and 25% in the
