THE ROLE We're bringing our Virtual Data Room product to Canada, and we're looking for our first Business Development Associate (Account Executive) hire in the Toronto area to build the market from the ground up. You'll be joining a North America sales team that has already proven the model across New York, Chicago, Boston, D.C., Atlanta, and Miami, and taking it into one of the world's most active M&A and financial services markets. As a front-line, quota-carrying team member, you'll proactively prospect and close new business, managing a pipeline of 50+ opportunities and reaching out to 30-40 new customers each month. Your primary counterparts are C-suite and senior decision-makers across Finance, Banking, and adjacent sectors - people who move fast and expect the same from their partners. Compensation package: 55% base salary / 45% performance-based variable, structured to reward strong closers.
