About the role Bolt is building the infrastructure for Autonomous Mobility across Europe - one of the first opportunities in the world to deploy physical AI at scale on public roads. The Growth & BD team closes the strategic partnerships that define our commercial position in new markets and make that deployment possible. We are hiring a BD & Growth Ops Manager to drive the execution layer of this function - modelling, program management, partner ops, and analytics. This role is a global role, for someone who gets things done, backed by structure and data. What You'll Own: Commercial modelling: Build rev share models, unit economics, and scenario analyses from a brief. Program management: Run OKR tracking, reporting cadences, and executive dashboards. Partnership ops: Own NDA and contract workflows, external engagement scheduling, and partner coordination. Partnership decks: Produce structured, data-backed decks for external partner conversations. Performance analytics: Build deal performance dashboards and pipeline trackers.. External representation: Travel 30-40% to support partner meetings and external engagements across Europe. . About you: 4-5 years in BD / operations experience in fast-growing tech companies and/or Big4 consulting.
