Proven experience in Business Development and Capture within Defence training or mission‑support domains, understanding of UK Defence training environments, procurement routes, and customer decision‑making structures, Demonstrable experience shaping opportunities and leading complex bids using structured capture methodologies (e. g. Shipley), Credibility operating with senior military, civil service, and industry stakeholders, Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate training transformation service value propositions, not just products, commercial awareness and appreciation of risk, affordability, and deliverability, Willingness to undertake regular UK and international travel, SC Cleared, or eligible and willing to obtain SC (and DV when required)
