Must Have

4+ years of experience in back-office operations, understanding of billing, understanding of reconciliations, understanding of financial controls, Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, Advanced proficiency with SharePoint, Advanced proficiency with Excel, Demonstrated experience redesigning processes, Demonstrated experience implementing automation, Comfortable working with ambiguity, Comfortable driving change, Clear, confident communicator

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Exposure to Market Data Manager (MDM), Experience with Coupa, Experience with SmartProcure, Banking experience, Capital markets experience, Fluent in French, Fluent in English

Process invoices accurately

Resolve billing issues

Investigate invoice discrepancies

Resolve allocation issues

Manage interactions with stakeholders

Design standardized procedures

Document standardized procedures

Maintain standardized procedures

Reduce manual processes

Drive continuous improvement

Leverage Microsoft 365 tools
