Ensure center is up to date
Meet regularly with Senior Manager
Contribute to training program development
Maintain productivity target
Complete Assessment and Treatment plans
Participate in change management
Provide direct clinical support
Provide direct supervisory support
Ensure quality clinical care
Provide monthly supervision to RBTs
Provide monthly supervision to BCATs
Monitor and update programming aspects
Update the team accordingly
