As a BCBA Student, you will work directly with clients while developing core competencies in assessment, treatment planning, data analysis, and caregiver collaboration. You’ll be supported by experienced BCBAs who are committed to your growth, not just your completion of hours. ### Program Structure Our BCBA Student Program is intentional, structured, and designed for success: * Begin by working on assigned cases in a direct care capacity * Minimum of 15 hours/week of paid restricted (direct) fieldwork * Minimum of 10 hours/week of unpaid unrestricted learning opportunities * Initial two-week evaluation period to ensure mutual fit * Opportunity to formally join the BCBA Student Program upon successful completion * Fieldwork hours accrued during the trial period will count toward supervision once accepted ### What You’ll Gain * Hands-on cli
