What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BCBA certification, Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field, Must comply with company policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines for BCBAs as outlined by the BACB
Nice to Have
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in ABA preferred, Experience with ABA methodologies, including Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS

Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians
Design and update individualized ABA treatment plans
Provide parent training
Provide case supervision
Conduct functional behavior assessments
Conduct data analysis
