Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Define and drive the strategic vision, goals, and operational roadmap for the practice in alignment with broader organizational objectives. Lead and manage Practice Managers overseeing project managers, consultants, solution architects, developers, and technical leads. Oversee practice performance, ensuring utilization targets, delivery efficiency, and financial KPIs are consistently achieved. Review and approve Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring alignment with delivery scope, profitability, and client expectations. Act as a senior escalation point for complex delivery, technical, and client-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Develop and implement practice methodologies, standards, and best practices to improve consistency and delivery quality. Identify skill gaps across teams and design upskilling, hiring, and development strategies to address capability needs. Support annual OKR planning and drive execution against defined business and performance objectives. Provide guidance on application and technology decisions to improve operational efficiency and client outcomes. Monitor financial performance including revenue, cost control, and profitability, ensuring sustainable practice growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience in a senior leadership role within a consulting, systems integration, or professional services environment. Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or similar enterprise application ecosystems. Proven track record of managing large, multi-disciplinary delivery teams across technical and functional domains. Strong experience in project delivery governance, consulting methodologies, and enterprise implementation lifecycles.
