What They're Looking For.
Must Have
0-3 years of work experience, Experience with youth or teens, Bachelor's degree or higher
Nice to Have
BBYO experience and knowledge preferred
What You'll Do.
Work directly with teens
Create impactful programs
Deliver leadership training
Guide teens in establishing annual calendar
Build relationships with volunteers
Build relationships with parents
Build relationships with alumni
Recruit members to attend events
Facilitate planning process for events
Bring new ideas to community
Bring innovative ideas to community
Bring fun ideas to community
Direct teen leadership programs
Assist with regional communication
