What You'll Do.

Engaging in consumer-facing conversation exchanges through calls

and emails from English and French speaking customers regarding product and service inquiries

within service level standards.

Assisting with e-commerce transactions.

Processing replacement orders.

Processing shortages and substitutions with follow-up communication.

Investigating missing or lost packages

while liaising with logistics and individual carriers to resolve delivery discrepancies.

Identifying issues and managing or processing warranty claims in accordance with policy for individual consumers and retail partners

offering equivalent substitution options as necessary.

Handling escalations in a calm manner

engaging the manager as suitable.

Identifying and processing parts replacements and shipments.

Maintaining product and systems knowledge through internal training and educational sessions.

Communicating with teammates and liaising with internal departments as needed.
