This role independently performs advanced event characterization, directs checklist responses, and delivers actionable recommendations and decision-support products to senior leadership. The senior operator coordinates across multiple mission partners to deconflict operations, manage risk, and ensure accurate shared situational awareness. The position leads continuous improvement of tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), including threshold refinement, training updates, and lessons learned from exercises and real-world operations. The Senior BSA Operator also mentors and develops junior and intermediate operators and supports integration of new SDA capabilities by shaping operational acceptance criteria and validating procedures. This role is performed full-time on site at a government facility and is c
