What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or equivalent, 5 years of experience in battery system architecture, 5 years owning system architecture on complete pack programs, Fluent English mandatory

Nice to Have

Experience with EV OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers or pack integrators, Proven greenfield program experience

What You'll Do.

Define overall battery pack architecture

Define Electrical topology

Define Mechanical concept

Define Busbar routing

Define Thermal architecture

Ensure consistency between cells

Drive architectural trade-offs

Define and cascade system requirements

Manage design justification document integration

Ensure requirements traceability

Define and monitor KPIs

Ensure proper integration of all subsystems

Manage critical interfaces

Guarantee system behavior

Integrate safety constraints

Define mitigation strategies

Ensure compliance with standards

Identify and manage technical risks

Lead architecture reviews

Support product decisions
