What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 2 Years – Experience in Position, Ability to speak effectively with management and employees at all levels, Good verbal and written communication skills, Ability and/or flexibility to work up to 12 hour shifts, day or night, overtime, Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time in a manufacturing environment, Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, Ability to visually inspect product and materials, Forklift experience
Nice to Have
4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 4 Years – Experience working in Position, 2 Years – Experience managing people/projects, High School Diploma
