What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 2 Years – Experience in Position, Ability to speak effectively with management and employees at all levels, Good verbal and written communication skills, Ability and/or flexibility to work up to 12 hour shifts, day or night, overtime, Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time in a manufacturing environment, Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, Ability to visually inspect product and materials, Forklift experience, High School Diploma
Nice to Have
4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 4 Years – Experience working in Position, 2 Years – Experience managing people/projects, High School Diploma
What You'll Do.
and mixes ingredients
Collaborates with Quality Assurance Technician
and liquefies components
Documents lot numbers
Performs cleaning and sanitation of batching equipment
Operates forklift to load/move ingredients
Adheres to safety programs
Abides by Good Manufacturing Practices
Maintains general housekeeping
Completes hourly inspection sheets
Assists in other areas as required
