Use personal protective equipment
Follow directions on batch ticket
Take batch tickets back to lab
Select proper mixing tub
Ensure mixing tub is clean
Check raw material inventories
Notify Supervisor of unusual differences
Check manufacture date
Check for polymerization
Use proper scale for weighing
Show all figures on batch tickets
Check off items as weighed
Mark tub with formula number
Move finished batch to proper area
