Fly In - Fly Out, drug- and alcohol-free, Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day/night) in harsh weather conditions, Must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators, Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests, Required to fly in and out of the project job site from either Edmonton Alberta, or Yellowknife, NWT, 3 weeks in, 3 weeks out rotation
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Valid driver’s license, Safety-first mindset with adherence to PPE, lockout/tagout, and environmental compliance, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and situational awareness, Effective communication, team collaboration, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Nice to Have
Minimum 3 years experience preferred, Familiarity with computerized batching systems is a plus
What You'll Do.
Operate and monitor concrete batching equipment to ensure accurate proportioning and mixing per project specifications
Use computerized systems to maintain precision and consistency in mix designs
Perform routine quality control checks on raw materials to ensure compliance with standards
Adjust batching processes as necessary to uphold concrete quality
Conduct regular maintenance on batching equipment to ensure reliable operation
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime
Maintain accurate records of materials
and production reports
