What You'll Do.

managing the end-to-end ETF basket creation and approval process

and compliance with client and regulatory requirements

Verify receipt of NAV and initiate basket build process

Validate round lots and approve basket

Review and apply corporate actions (e. g.

rights distributions) to baskets using ETF Global Platform

Prepare and review coversheets for reporting and fund ensure timely submission to BST

Monitor data quality and mitigate risks related to inaccurate or incomplete basket data

Participate in ETF fund launches

validate checklist items

and ensure readiness for model office testing

Respond to client inquiries regarding basket composition

and operational issues
