Must Have
Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience with BAS platform maintenance and optimization, Proven track record maintaining complex building automation systems in post-installation phase, Proficiency with Desigo diagnostic tools, BACnet communications, and network troubleshooting, understanding of HVAC systems, control theory, and building operations, Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills for technical training, Availability for 24/7 emergency response when needed
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience., Siemens Desigo certification and advanced platform training., Experience with large-scale BAS installations and warranty management processes., Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and system security maintenance., Familiarity with energy management systems and sustainability reporting., Maintenance management or reliability engineering certification., Commercial real estate or corporate facilities management background.

This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking as you program, commission, and maintain building automation systems across diverse commercial real estate portfolios.
