**_About The Brand_** Sadie’s restaurant and garden bar in New York City’s Seaport, is bringing New American comfort food, an indoor-outdoor bar experience, and year-round programming to one of Lower Manhattan’s most vibrant waterfront neighborhoods. **_About the Role_ ** Seaport Entertainment is looking for a Bartender to be based in The Seaport. Reporting to the General Manager, the Bartender is responsible for a range of key tasks and duties that contribute to the overall success and ambiance of the establishment. You play a crucial role in enhancing the overall dining experience by crafting and serving a variety of beverages with precision and flair. Your mixology skills, attention to detail, and customer service expertise contribute to a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere in the restaurant. *Please note this is a seasonal position expected to last based on business needs. ** _What You Will Do_ ** * Craft a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, following recipes and customer preferences. * Interact with customers in a friendly and engaging manner, taking drink orders, providing recommendations, and creating a positive and enjoyable experience. * Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other necessary supplies. * Efficiently manage drink orders, prioritize tasks during peak hours, and ensure timely service to both bar and table guests. * Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and provide change and receipts as needed. * Adhere to all relevant alcohol service laws and regulations, verifying the legal drinking age, and ensuring responsible service of alcoholic beverages. * Promote specials, new menu items, and premium beverages to increase sales and enhance the customer experience. * Actively seek and respond to customer feedback, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. * Work closely with other staff members, includin
