2+ years bartender experience in a fine dining, high volume setting, Proficiency in mixing and preparing a variety of drinks with precision and creativity, Flexibility to adapt to different drink preferences, customer demands, and changing work environments, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organizational abilities and attention to detail, Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage waitlist dynamics effectively, Positive and friendly attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, Professional appearance and demeanor, Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems for order entry and payment processing, Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10 – 30 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50 pounds on a regular (or occasional basis), Ability to stand for long periods of time
